Download Blockbuster movies on your Motorola

Motorola has launched a new movie downloads service together with high street movie rental shop Blockbuster.
Users simply download the Blockbuster app for their Motorola handset in order to gain access to selected movie titles. The move is direct competition to iphone and itunes' movie download service. It will be available on Motorola's Google Android-powered handsets, which are reaching stores in the next few months.

Christy Wyatt, vice president of software platforms, applications and ecosystem, Motorola Mobile Devices commented on the new app: "together with Blockbuster we intend to deliver an unparalleled portable movie experience on our next-generation handsets."
With the app, Blockbuster hopes to gain strength in the increasingly competitive online movie download market.
