Our Bluetooth units have the potential to reach up to 100 metres, although this depends on the mobile handset, and typically it is around 30 metres. To cover a wider area, such as a shopping centre or railway station, a series of units can be installed to act as a single wide area Bluetooth device.

The ICO and ASA regulations do not currently regard Bluetooth as a direct marketing medium, so marketing campaigns do not require opt-in consent from the mobile user. However, in bringing a wealth of experience in running Bluetooth campaigns, we recognise the personal nature of mobile phones and the need to gain clear consent from users.
