The company started as a graphic design and web development agency in 1992, but is now largely focused on mobile marketing.
Through Formation, Mark has developed a number of services for mobile, mobile CRM and business applications and continues to work on projects for a range of clients from government, corporate and business sector.
Mark has been sitting on the Direct Marketing Association's Mobile Marketing Council and as chair since March 2009. Using hand's on experience Mark assists the council in promoting mobile as a marketing channel, working with brands, agencies, regulators and operators, and to develop best practice guidelines for marketers.

Mark has gained a reputation as an insightful and down to earth strategist, working with brands and agencies to development implement mobile media. With nearly 18 years experience in digital marketing, Mark brings an enormous breadth of experience covering every aspect of the sector. He is an enthusiastic speaker at mobile industry conferences and events, as well as having an excellent track record of lecturing on mobile marketing for the Institute of Direct Marketing, the Internet Advertising Bureau and universities in Birmingham and Manchester.
