London-based Formation has been offering mobile marketing since 2003, and is the parent company of txt4ever

The company started as a graphic design and web development agency in 1992, but is now largely focused on mobile marketing.

Through Formation, Mark has developed a number of services for mobile, mobile CRM and business applications including txt4ever, txt4schools, txt4giving, txt4everywhere and immedia24, and continues to work on new media projects for a range of clients from government, corporate and business sector.

Mark has been sitting on the Direct Marketing Association's Mobile Marketing Council and as chair since March 2009. Using hand's on experience Mark assists the council in promoting mobile as a marketing channel and to develop best practice guidelines for marketers.
